I love these videos with this sort of animation.
Here is a good little introduction to positive psychology. It covers such areas as well-being and mindfulness. Both the work of Martin Seligman with the idea of ‘learned optimism’ and Mihály Csíkszentmihályi with the idea of ‘flow’ is explained cearly and concisely.
It’s a pity the speaker’s voice couldn’t be taken up a note. It makes me wonder if the speed is slightly out. Nevertheless I think the images do help an awful lot.
